Chef De Anna Wasiewski

 

This is where I am suppose to list all my accreditations and qualifications.  Anyone who knows me knows I went to Paul Smith's College and received my bachelors in Culinary Arts and Service Management and an Associates in Business in just 3 years with high honors.  I've worked in many high class restaurants such as Lake Placid Lodge and Mirbeau Inn and Spa.  I have my ServeSafe Certification and many other accreditations.

 

But anyone who really knows me, knows my passion for food.  I have been cooking since an early age with my family and love to cook for those on their special days like weddings, parties and just a small gathering of friends and family.  Food can bring people together at times of need and in times of celebration and that's what I hope to bring to you and your families.
