Chef Mark Germano

 

Chef Germano is located in the Central NY area and available for many of CHEF4RENT services.  Chef Germano specializes in Italian cuisine and adorns an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts with high honors from Le Cordon Bleu in addition to his NRAEF Food Protection Worker certification.

 

More importantly than his accreditations, Mark has a strong passion for his food.  He has a keen sense for flavor profiles and has an amazing eye for detail.

 

Mark has worked for years in the restaurant industry working with a full range of food from fine dining to hotels including Chef consulting.
